How We Work

ORDER

Within 24 hours of Chocolate Chocolate receiving your PURCHASE ORDER you will receive an order confirmation with all of the details of your order spelled out.

PROOF

On any NEW orders you will receive a proof from our art team for your approval. We will not move your project on to production without your art approval.

DELIVERY

Standard production time on NEW orders is 10 working days.

REPEAT orders 6 working days.

**Advent Calendars and Printed Cookies require a 4 week production time.
